Intelligence Family

Family of Crows

It's no secret that we feed crows, three of them to be exact or at least that how many we often see at one time. We often call them Larry, Moe and Curly (The Three Stooges) but very hard to tell apart of each others.

As you can see there's five of them in the picture(s), at least two are babies. Slightly smaller in size and are learning the way of being a crow.

I believe that the adults are teaching their young ones where to go for food during the winter, although there's food out now because it's summer. But the adults introduce the youngs to our backyard, where we got tons of food we feed to all sorts of critters

Looking forward to seeing them teach their young one of the routine of Buddy's Backyard.

June Wrap Up

It's been the same usual crowd . . .  the woodchuck has been our newest visitor. But he/she isn't that much of a new visitor, he/she been at our backyard before. We have given the woodchuck a name, Woody.

We have started to see some of the babies from grackles, orioles and robins. Everyone love baths, especially on hot days.
